Block Puzzle

PRISMA: Block Puzzle Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 14, 2026

PRISMA: Block Puzzle is made by HINTX. This policy explains what the game collects and why.

What we do not collect
You do not need an account. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. We do not collect your device's advertising ID, and the game shows no ads.

What stays on your device
Your scores, level progress, coins, settings and rewards are saved only on your device. They are deleted when you uninstall the game. You can play without an internet connection.

What the game sends to help us improve it
When the device is online, the game uses two Google Firebase services:
- Firebase Analytics records how the game is used, such as when a level starts, is won or is lost, when a game ends and its score, and when a daily gift or spin is used. It also records basic technical details such as device model, operating system, app version, a random app installation ID, and an approximate country or region worked out from your IP address. It does not record your name or anything that identifies you directly.
- Firebase Crashlytics sends a crash report if the game crashes, including device and app details and the technical cause of the crash, so we can fix it.
The game also checks Firebase Remote Config for settings such as whether an update is required.

We use this data only to understand how the game is played, fix problems and improve the game. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone else. Google processes it for us under the Firebase terms. You can read Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

How long we keep it
Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically.

Your choices
If you would like the analytics data linked to your installation deleted, email support@hintx.org and tell us roughly when you installed the game. Uninstalling the game removes all data stored on your device.

Permissions
The game asks for no sensitive permissions. It may use vibration for feedback, which you can turn off in Settings.

Store review prompt
After some level wins, the game may show the official Google Play or App Store rating prompt. That prompt is handled by Google or Apple, not by us.

Children
PRISMA is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the game and want data removed, contact us.

Changes
If we change how the game handles data, we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
