A US real-estate investment firm was manually analysing MLS cash sales across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
What HINTX built. An Electron desktop app and a scheduled Claude-driven flow that pull the required data on a daily cadence and land it, deduplicated, in Google Sheets ready for analysis.
