Developed a full restaurant and food delivery management platform used by multiple restaurants in the UK. The system supports multi-branch operations, online food ordering, delivery management, POS systems, and customer engagement tools.

The platform includes Admin Dashboard, Branch Management Panel, Customer Ordering Website, Customer Mobile Apps (Android & iOS), and Delivery Rider Apps with a QR-based order pickup system.

Core features include product and category management, POS for branches, loyalty points, customer wallet system, coupons and promotions, employee and rider management, and delivery commission tracking.

The platform also integrates multiple payment gateways, offline payments, push notifications, in-app chat and calls, and WhatsApp Business communication.

Built with a scalable architecture, the system allows restaurants to manage orders, deliveries, staff, payments, and customer engagement from a centralized ecosystem.
